We enjoyed the experience Luxe Hotel provided, from the courtious staff to the view over Rodeo Drive, and the facilities and the plushness that the Luxe provides.

The best location for shopping area in Beverly hills. The decoration was great and room was clean. At the moment I was staying I presume new painting wasn't fully ventilated, which caused me a headache but they immediately changed the room to another and they kept my parcel that arrived when I left, very reliable. Highly recommandable.

The location is fantastic. It's the perfect hotel for a girls shopping trip if you don't have a car as Rodeo Drive and Barneys are right there. I've stayed there twice and would def stay again

Great staff. Linens and bed were great. Bar staff made excellent martinis and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Will come back on the basis of the excellent staff and location.
Room smelled like a horse barn when we got there. Toilets were not clean - had to have our bathroom re-cleaned. Carpets need deep cleaned. Gym was comical.

Hotel staff was great. We attended a family party and the facilities were just right.
Only slight complaint was that there was a periodic noise during the night, either from the air conditioning starting/restarting or some other ambient noise. Also, the bathroom lacked a fan or something that could deal with steam buildup. We had to use towels to use the mirrors.

Great service and perfect location. It has the feel of a Europoean botique hotel.
Rooms are small but comfortable. We upgraded to a junior suite and it was perfect.

This is a great boutique hotel in the best location in L.A. I have been staying here for over ten years and have never found anything better. Nice size, great staff and well priced.
